The location is convenient, as it is close to several restaurants, the bus stand, and the taxi stand right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is excellent with numerous choices and many hot dishes which many hotels lack.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

It is good value for money and only 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Not luxurious certainly but clean, ok pool for cooling off and the alternatives most people use are the package tourist hotels 10km out of town dotted along the road to the falls with no where local to eat, nothing within any distance and they look souless
no. Neighbourhood immediately outside the hotel may look a bit dubious to some but actually the bars and restaurant nearby are good value for money

The breakfast here is delicious, the single room is spacious and bright, with convenient amenities like an electronic key card, work desk, and flat-screen TV, and they offer early check-in and on-site parking.

The hotel offers free airport transfer.
This is the only hotel that issues the customers a air conditioner controller and a tv remote controller during check-in and requires the customers to bring the 2 controllers to the front desk while checking out. This is an indication that they do not trust their customers, even for the 2 controllers.

Enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Good info in the front room about the falls and close to public transport to the national parks. Also was great to get free pickup and drop off at the airport.

Located in better part of Foz do Iguacu on a main street, its proximity to the bus station, a couple of eateries and hsbc bank, free wifi. Definitely the airport transfer service, large breakfast buffet spread.
Tour company associated with the hotel was expensive.

When the air con stopped working in our room, the 2 chaps who dealt with us could not have been more helpful, and the staff as a whole were very friendly. Easy internet availability, and when my wife left her handbag in the foyer after using the computer, one of the staff found it and kept it safe behind the reception desk to give back to us.
We had to change rooms due to the air con breaking mid-stay, and although the 2 chaps were excellent (see above) their manager (Lucas) was nowhere near as helpful, despite the best efforts of the other 2. Also, there is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport - however, we arrives and departed from the bus station, a nile or so away from the hotel, We were told that the shuttle bus couldn't give us a lift to the bus station, which we felt was a little mean-spirited.
